This notice explains how the Andre Wright Legacy Foundation handles personal information sent to us through this website or by email. We follow the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This site is simple, and so is this notice.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: the name, email address, subject and message you enter in the contact form, or whatever you include when you email us directly.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to you. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Who helps us
- Formspree delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. It may process data outside Canada.
- Google provides the Foundation’s Gmail inbox, where messages are received.
- Vercel hosts this website. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not show advertising, and we do not embed third-party content.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are then deleted.
Health information
Please do not send medical records or sensitive personal health information through the contact form or by email. Our inbox is not monitored for emergencies. If you need help right now, call or text 9-8-8, or call 911 in an emergency.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing andrelegacyfoundation@gmail.com.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
